Terms of Payment and Conditions
If prices are quoted in NZ$ they exclude GST of 15% to be added on top
Personal cheques are acceptable as deposit and settlement, prior to the commencement of the hunt.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking a hunt to secure date.
Balance of the booked hunt is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Final payment including any additional charges, balances, upgrades are to be made before departure of New Zealand.
Accounts must be settled in full prior to departure from New Zealand.

Firearms Important Information Details
Should you choose to travel with your own firearm/s you will require a New Zealand Visitors Firearms License (permit). It may be initiated prior to your arrival for your convenience. You can download an application form from the New Zealand police website, http://www.police.govt.nz/service/firearms/#resources.

Your procedure on arrival through New Zealand customs:
DECLARE any firearms that you are carrying. This means filling out the form and noting that you are bringing in a prohibited item. Seek the police kiosk at arrivals. A Visitor’s Firearms License will be issued to you at this time by the airport police at the cost of $NZ25. (This must be paid in New Zealand currency, cash only.)
Note: Handguns are illegal in New Zealand
Clothing and Equipment
The following checklist is provided as a guideline of basic clothing and equipment requirements.
Note: A lodge rifle Weatherly or Browning 300mag complete with Zeiss 3.5 – 10x scope and ammunition is available upon request. Cost: US$25 per day.
Waterproof outer Gore-Tex coat and over trousers (preferably both camouflage in mid-dark green colour-ways)
Comfortable hunting jacket (camouflage preferred)
Warm hunting shirts (2-3)
Warm long trousers and light weight trousers (camouflage preferred)
Lightweight shirt •T
Thermal underwear
Warm socks
Sturdy well broken trekking boots essential and gaiters (New Zealand Quarantine requires spotlessly clean boots on entry at arrivals)
Sun hat or peaked cap, sunglasses, warm hat, scarf and gloves
Hearing protection and shooting glasses
Shoes or slippers for Lodge wear
Casual clothes for evening wear in the Lodge
Personal effects and medications
Insect repellent
